Hi, my name is Maria! I work professionally in event planning and coordination, currently at the University of Michigan, where I specialize in creating memorable, meaningful experiences — from large-scale university events to intimate celebrations. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Event Management from Central Michigan University, where I developed my foundation in logistics, hospitality, and guest experience. Now, I’m expanding my skills further as I pursue a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Communication from Michigan State University, focusing on impactful messaging and intentional storytelling.

Outside of work and school, you can find me at the Michigan Theater in Ann Arbor watching films, exploring new restaurants and cafes in Washtenaw County, or scrolling through Pinterest for creative inspiration.
